SERVPRO's Facilitator Training Program

SERVPRO's Facilitator Training Program (FTP) was developed to ensure all SERVPRO Continuing Education (CE) instructors understand CE course requirements, are subject matter specialists, and have the presentation skills needed to effectively represent the SERVPRO Brand in front of an audience of clients and potential clients.

SERVPRO guarantees that only Certified CE instructors will teach SERVPRO CE Courses.

After completing the FTP training, the participant must also complete two in-person course observations and three video course observations. Before teaching their first CE Class, the participant must have observed the class in-person.

First-time instructors mus be observed by an Active Instructor/certified SERVPRO CE instructor. include a series of course observations in person.
