Holly Dore, Office Manager

Holly is the Office Manager for two franchises. She joined the company as an Administrative Assistant in 2011 and was promoted to Office Manager in 2014. She is a member of the Human Resource Association of Southern New Jersey and holds a Water Restoration Certification from The Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration.

Holly is the go-to person when the company operates in “emergency mode.” Her knowledge of water restoration and production processes ensures the smooth handling of the intricate aspects of our large loss division franchise.

Holly enjoys spending time with her children, Logan and Makenna. She enjoys camping, fishing, and riding quads. Born and raised in Dennisville, Holly graduated from Middle Township High School and currently resides with her family in the Villas.

Michael Freerksen, Reconstruction Operations Manager

Mike, is the Reconstruction Operations Manager for two franchises. He joined the SERVPRO team in 2017. He's the best Reconstruction guy in Southern New Jersey and a veteran who served our country in the United States Army. Mike currently serves in the U. S. Army Reserves. We are honored to have Mike on our SERVPRO team!

When customers call SERVPRO of Cape May & Cumberland Counties to ask about the work involved in restoring their property back to pre-loss condition, Mike writes the estimate and directly manages the in-house team during the entire restoration process. He is our example of Why SERVPRO!

Mike oversees reconstruction projects in the two counties our Franchises cover: Cape May County and Cumberland County. He has experience as a field adjuster, so he understand both sides of the estimate process and delivers 100% every time.

Mike enjoys taking trips with his wife, Francine and their two daughters. The family resides in Vineland, NJ.

Angela Stephens, Job File Coordinator

Angela joined the SERVPRO of Cape May & Cumberland Counties team in 2013. She was promoted to Lead Administrative Assistant in 2014 and promoted again to Job File Coordinator. Angela is a certified Water Restoration Technician with the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration (IICRC).

Prior to joining SERVPRO®, Angela worked as a licensed Personal Lines Insurance Producer for the State of New Jersey and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, writing homeowner and automobile policies. She has dedicated over 15 years to specialized client services with a study in Sign Language Interpretation and Computer Systems Support – Microsoft Certified Solutions.

Angela lives in Egg Harbor Township with her boxer, Dozer.

Colleen Ayala

Colleen joined SERVPRO of Cape May & Cumberland Counties in July, 2016 as a Business Development Consultant.

Prior to joining SERVPRO, Colleen was employed for over eight years in Operations Management and also spent 15 years in Corporate travel.

Colleen is active with the Chambers of Commerce for Bridgeton Area, Greater Millville, Greater Vineland, Southern New Jersey and New Jersey Schools Buildings & Grounds - Burlington County. She is President Elect for Tri-County Rotary, an Executive Board Member for the Greater Millville Chamber and also serves as their Events Committee Chair.

Colleen is originally from the Pine Barrens and enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She has two sons, Evan and James, who are both active US Military. She has three grandchildren, Carter, Riley, and Carson. Colleen currently resides in Waterford Works with her husband José Ayala, Jr.

Harold Lapp, Jr., Business Development Consultant

Harold joined the SERVPRO of Cape May & Cumberland Counties team in August, 2017 as a Business Development Consultant.

Prior to joining SERVPRO, Harold was employed for a mold remediation and water proofing company, worked in the Telecom Industry for twelve years both as a sales consultant and sales supervisor, operated and owned a small town newspaper for five years and managed a portrait and social event studio for sixteen years.

Harold is active with the Chamber of Commerce for Cape May County, Cape May County Association of Realtors and the Cape May County Association of REALTORS.

Currently, Harold resides in Little Egg Harbor with his wife, Diane.

Minerva Alvarado, Business Development & Marketing Coordinator

Minerva is the Marketing Development Coordinator. She joined the SERVPRO team as a Marketing Assistant in March, 2015. Minerva was promoted in to her current position in December, 2020.

Minerva oversees the advertising and marketing for the Business Development team of two franchises. She coordinates networking events and Continuing Education Classes and Special Events. Minerva is responsible for digital marketing, social media content and website development.

Minerva is very active in her community and serves on the board of directors for the following organizations: Bridgeton Area Chamber of Commerce, Gateway Community Action Partnership, and The Salvation Army Vineland Corps.

She is a member of the following Chambers of Commerce: Southern New Jersey, Bridgeton Area, Millville, Greater Vineland, Cape May County, Middle Township, Lower Township, Stone Harbor, Ocean City Regional, and Wildwood. 

Minerva enjoys volunteering for area non-profits, crafting, and spending time with her family. She currently resides in Vineland, NJ.

David Brace, Senior Director Large Loss Division

David joined SERVPRO of Cape May & Cumberland Counties in 2019. His focus is managing and directing our Large Loss Division. As a Disaster Recovery Team, he oversees large losses in and around the counties of Cumberland and Cape May. Dave's prior experience managing commercial accounts means he understands the needs and concerns of our commercial clients.

He is a member of the New Jersey Food Processing Association, Southern New Jersey Development Council, Philadelphia Loss Conference, New Jersey Schools Buildings & Grounds, New Jersey Association of School Business Officials, the New Jersey Food Council, Greater Vineland Chamber of Commerce, Cape May County Chamber of Commerce, and the Chamber of Commerce of Southern New Jersey.

Before joining SERVPRO, Dave was self-employed in sales for 12 years and prior to owning his own business, he worked in Sales for AmeriGas.

David is a graduate of Rowan University with a Bachelor's Degree in Business. He enjoys playing golf and coaching local children’s athletic teams. David lives in Ocean City, New Jersey with his daughter Meilyn and son, Joe.


Milo is our Office Good Boy and recently named "Milo the Rockstar" because of his recent acting debut. He spends his day sleeping and protecting all staff from the mail man.

In his free time, Milo enjoys playing outside with his brother Charlie, and never says no to treats! 


Charlie came to SERVPRO® in 2017. He is a mixed breed "Potcake" rescued from the Bahamas. Charlie spends his days roaming the office looking for anyone's breakfast or lunch he may be able to steal. Charlie expertly alerts everyone in the office when we have any visitors. 

In his free time, Charlie enjoys taking long swims in the pond despite the temperature or weather, and catching the occasional fish to snack on. 


Dozer is our resident-visiting dog, he belongs to our Job File Coordinator, Angela. Dozer spends his work days playing with chew toys, and giving lots of kisses to anyone in need of some love. He enjoys working with his adopted brothers, Charlie and Milo. In his spare time, he enjoys chewing bones, playing with his favorite Red Pig toy and "Doze-ing" the day away.
