Holly Dore, Office Manager

Holly is the Office Manager for SERVPRO of Cape May & Cumberland Counties. She joined the company as an Administrative Assistant in 2011 and was promoted to Office Manager in 2014. She is a member of the Human Resource Association of Southern New Jersey and holds a Water Restoration Certification from The Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration.

Holly is the go-to person when the company operates in “emergency mode.” Her knowledge of water restoration and production processes ensures the smooth handling of the intricate aspects of our large loss division franchise.

Holly enjoys spending time with her children, Logan and Makenna. She enjoys camping, fishing, and riding quads. Born and raised in Dennisville, Holly graduated from Middle Township High School and currently resides with her family in the Villas.

Joe Camp, Production Manager

Joe is the Production Manager for SERVPRO of Cape May & Cumberland Counties. He holds certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration (IICRC) in Water Damage Restoration, Fire and Smoke Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying, and Applied Microbial Mold Remediation. He also holds a certification for Biological Hazard Remediation from the American Bio Recovery Association (ABRA).

Prior to joining SERVPRO® in 2010, Joe was employed in the asphalt industry for 27 years as a Plant Manager and Quality Control Manager. He holds a New Jersey Asphalt Certification I and II and an Engineering Technologies Certification I and II (NICET).

Joe is an avid salt water fisherman and enjoys riding quads. He lives with his family in Dorothy.

Angela Stephens, Job File Coordinator

Angela joined the SERVPRO® of Cape May & Cumberland Counties team in 2013. She was promoted to Lead Administrative Assistant in 2014 and promoted again to Job File Coordinator. Angela is a certified Water Restoration Technician with the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration (IICRC).

Prior to joining SERVPRO®, Angela worked as a licensed Personal Lines Insurance Producer for the State of New Jersey and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, writing homeowner and automobile policies. She has dedicated over 15 years to specialized client services with a study in Sign Language Interpretation and Computer Systems Support – Microsoft Certified Solutions.

Angela lives in Egg Harbor Township with her boxer, Dozer.

Harold Lapp, Jr., Business Development Consultant

Harold joined the SERVPRO® of Cape May & Cumberland Counties team in August, 2017 as a Business Development Consultant.

Prior to joining SERVPRO®, Harold was employed for a mold remediation and water proofing company, worked in the Telecom Industry for twelve years both as a sales consultant and sales supervisor, operated and owned a small town newspaper for five years and managed a portrait and social event studio for sixteen years.

Harold is active with the Chamber of Commerce for Cape May County, Cape May County Association of Realtors and the Cape May County Association of REALTORS®.

Currently, Harold resides in Little Egg Harbor with his wife, Diane.

Karen Flickinger, Administrative Assistant

Karen joined the SERVPRO of Cape May & Cumberland Counties team in October 2017 as a receptionist and was promoted to Administrative Assistant.

Prior to joining SERVPRO®, Karen traveled the United States for a Trade Show Decorating Company and met very interesting people along the way. Her experience in this field taught her the value of great customer service. She is the bubbly voice you hear on the phone when you call our office!

Karen is originally from South Philadelphia where she attended Saint Maria Goretti High School, an all-female Roman Catholic high school. The same school where her mother was a part of the first graduating class. Mother and daughter walked down the aisle for Karen's Baccalaureate Mass in 1981.

Karen recently purchased a home in the Village of Blue Heron Pines with her fiancée, Michael. Karen enjoys walking the Ocean City Bridge (4 miles) and going to her happy place at home.


Milo is our Office Good Boy and recently named "Milo the Rockstar" because of his recent acting debut. He spends his day sleeping and protecting all staff from the mail man.

In his free time, Milo enjoys playing outside with his brother Charlie, and never says no to treats! 


Charlie came to SERVPRO® in 2017. He is a mixed breed "Potcake" rescued from the Bahamas. Charlie spends his days roaming the office looking for anyone's breakfast or lunch he may be able to steal. Charlie expertly alerts everyone in the office when we have any visitors. 

In his free time, Charlie enjoys taking long swims in the pond despite the temperature or weather, and catching the occasional fish to snack on. 


Dozer is our resident-visiting dog, he belongs to our Job File Coordinator, Angela. Dozer spends his work days playing with chew toys, and giving lots of kisses to anyone in need of some love. He enjoys working with his adopted brothers, Charlie and Milo. In his spare time, he enjoys chewing bones, playing with his favorite Red Pig toy and "Doze-ing" the day away.
