On Vacation and Come Home to Floors Buckling.

This homeowner was out of town for a week and during that time the water line to the refrigerator broke. Water leaked all throughout the kitchen. The amount of time the water was leaking was unknown. The hardwood floor started to buckle and because of the buckling the plumber could not get to the water line to repair it.

The homeowners called us and we had a crew out onsite that day to start the mitigation process. The water had traveled further than the homeowner originally expected. Our team had to remove the cabinets and counter tops, hardwood flooring, and the laundry room floor.
